Growing Concern is a urban farm within walking distance of downtown Calais. The land has been farmed since the mid 1800’s as the city grew around it. We produce mixed vegetables and berries. We also have a beautiful apple orchard. this year (2021) we are installing a ground mount solar system in the orchard.

Farm Activities
We are a sustainable urban farm in the city of Calais Maine. We have 6 acres of crops all grown without chemicals. Our Farm stand not only sales our crops but products from other farms in Washington County.
The farm is open to the public and we welcome you to tour our gardens.
