We are a certified organic 25,000 tap maple syrup producer. Jackman Maple Syrup is a locally owned and operated maple farm, established in 2013 by Rodney Boyington and Vanessa Rancourt. Our 3,000 acre sugarbush is located on the north side of Bald Mountain, approximately 10 miles north of Jackman, Maine and less than 5 miles from the Canadian border. We pride ourselves on being good stewards of the land, while leading a sustainable lifestyle producing certified organic maple syrup as well as maple sugar, candies, creams, as well as infused maple syrup.
We currently have 25,000 taps and are adding more each season. Our state of the art equipment allows us to collect over 2,000 gallons of sap per hour in the height of our season.
