Thirty Acre Farm is a MOFGA certified organic vegetable farm that has been producing lacto-fermented vegetables and sauces since 2005.
We take pride in being ‘Farmed & Fermented in Midcoast Maine’ and are ‘seed to jar’ with 95% of the ingredients in our ferments grown on our farm.
We have a wide variety of products including Sauerkraut, Ruby Kraut, Caraway Kraut, Sea Kraut, Jalapeno Kraut, Curtido, Curried Caulikraut, Gingered Carrots, Hot Kimchi, and other zippy seasonal flavors. Additionally, we have five unique flavors of Hot Sauce like our ‘Melon Head’ which offers a sweet cantaloupe complement to habanero heat!
Our lacto-fermented foods are proven to have far reaching health benefits from the natural probiotics created during the lacto-fermentation process.
