"TAPS"(Thurston And Peters Sugarhouse) makes maple syrup the "NEW" fashioned way (tubing, vacuum, reverse osmosis, oil fired evaporator) with "OLD" fashioned hospitality! Besides producing maple syrup, you can learn about this properties past and its future and enjoy a frozen treat from Memorial Day to Labor Day! We give tours ALL year long! Season/Hours: Fall/Winter: Weekends-December and March 9-4 PM. Spring/Summer: Wednesday through Sunday. Check our website for exact hours or give us a call!
